Our recruitment process occurs in a series of stages, with success at one stage leading to an invitation for the next stage. This process is to understand the way you work and also give us an insight into your personality and skills.
Stage 1: Group Interview. This stage features a selection of fun exercises to get to know you. It involves practical job-related exercises.
Stage 2: Individual Interview. This is a one-on-one session with our Leadership Team.
Stages 1 and 2 usually occur on the same day.
Stage 3: Aptitude Test. This is an online test to assess your intellectual and technical profile against the requirements for the position. Success at this stage will lead to a job offer for the position, conditioned upon positive references and pre-employment medical results indicating you are healthy enough to handle the demands of the position.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the position.
2. Experience in educational leadership
3. Experience working with children ages 0–11 in child care, classroom, or informal education settings.
4. Experience working with at-risk and special needs audiences.
5. Experience providing adult education programming for parents, childcare providers and
teachers.

- – Identify investment trends as well as opportunities for the financial stability and profitability of the Organizations
- – Track all data pertinent to the preparation of the Organizations’ budgets
- – Validate the budget for the new financial year on the organization’ ERP platforms.
- – Provide options to the Executive Director to resolve financial difficulties – always in line with each organization’s vision and core values.

- – Record Keeping
- – Ability to resolve complaints of parents and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- – Have an updated knowledge of the use of I.C.T and all digital-related software to the school.
- – Provide regular and up-to-date reports to the Head of School as regards the status of all enrolments, sign-up and digital platform of the school.

- – possess strong social media handling skills
- – possess strong photography skills (video and still photography)
- – possess strong video editing and image editing skills
- – produce quality technical content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc)

- Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a post-graduate degree in Education from an accredited college or university.
- Have experience working with children in any setting.
- Must hold a Montessori diploma for the age group from a MACTE accredited training institution.
- Must be registered with Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN.

Knowledge of the basic interpretation of a child’s IEP.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Child Psychology.
A minimum of 2 years of works experiences in a related field.
Professional Certification in Special Needs Education.

Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education/French from an accredited university.
Conversing with the children ONLY in French AT ALL TIMES and IN ALL SITUATIONS.
Registered with Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in an authentic Montessori early childhood environment.

Possesses an engaging instructional manner i.e. can engage others to direct them on practical skills
Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a post-graduate degree in Education from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 years working experience in an authentic Montessori early childhood environment
